Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact for agent related communications, ensuring timely push/pull of operational and commercial information.
- Assist in developing and executing detailed action plans across the agent network.
- Monitor compliance from agents regarding pricing submissions, SOPs, and required documentation.
- Maintain and update agent contact databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Trade, Pricing, Sales) to align agent activities with regional strategies.
- 4 - 5 years of experience in handling FCL, LCL, NVOCC, or agent network management.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
