• Take reservations for Atlantis The Palm in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Provide continuous information to guests, assist with their needs, and reply promptly to all incoming correspondence.
• Assist in preparing reports and support the team.
• Respond to incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle complaints regarding Atlantis Dubai products or services.
• Engage with guests over the telephone, ensuring a unique guest experience.
• Multi‑task without compromising quality.

• Previous experience in a call center or prior work history in front office, guest relations, club lounge, hotel reservations, or similar environments.
