About the Role
The Agile SDLC Expert is a senior engineering governance and delivery leader responsible for institutionalizing Agile ways of working across banking product development teams. The role ensures end‑to‑end SDLC discipline, regulatory alignment, and predictable delivery across complex, multi‑team programs operating in Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid Agile models.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, standardize, and continuously improve Agile SDLC frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/Scaled Agile) tailored to banking and regulatory environments.
- Ensure consistent execution across requirements, design, development, testing, release, and post‑production support phases of SDLC.
- Establish entry/exit criteria, quality gates, and definition of done (DoD) across teams.
