AI Agent Engineer - Python - Generative AI (Madrid)

Overview

Join our expert team to work on a Generative AI initiative, contributing to the development and industrialization of LLM-based agents.

We will use Python, AWS Bedrock AgentCore, serverless architectures and observability to build scalable and production‑ready AI solutions. You will be supported by mentors, managers and a supportive team culture.

What you will bring

• Strong experience with Python 3.11+, testing with pytest and maintainable software development practices.
• Hands‑on experience building LLM applications, including prompting, tool calling, memory management and cost optimisation.
• Production experience with AWS serverless services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Kinesis and IAM.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK or Terraform.
• Knowledge of agent frameworks such as Strands Agents, LangGraph or LangChain, and CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
