This role focuses on building and deploying AI-powered agents and automation solutions that deliver measurable improvements such as time savings, error reduction, and faster response times. Some of the technologies you will use will be Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Foundry, etc. 

About the role 

You will: 
Build and deploy single-purpose Copilot agents using approved templates (e.g., knowledge Q&A, triage, drafting support, task guidance) and integrate with approved data sources for Microsoft 365 
Implement department-specific automation workflows using Power Platform for identified business processes 
Configure chatbots and virtual assistants for straightforward citizen service interactions, working within council-wide chatbot strategy
