As Smadex scales its use of AI, the challenge is no longer access to tools - it is making sure those tools actually change how the team works.
To own that, we are hiring an AI Enablement Lead - a hands-on practitioner who drives AI adoption, designs and runs training programmes, and makes sure every AI investment we make translates into measurable operational change.
This is a foundational enablement role at the intersection of AI adoption, operational change, and team capability development.
