AI Factory Operations & Tools Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve the operational tooling ecosystem used across the AI Factory environment.
• Support and coordinate platforms related to project and service management, CRM and operational tracking, GitLab and collaborative development environments, documentation and knowledge management platforms, reporting and KPI monitoring systems, workflow orchestration and operational automation tools.
• Support operational adoption of advanced AI platforms such as IBM Watsonx, AI copilots and assistants, process automation solutions, and AI‑enabled operational tools.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using AI technologies.
• Design and improve operational workflows to increase efficiency, traceability, and scalability.
