About the Role
We are looking for a technically minded AI talent to join Allianz Technology and support the launch and growth of our AI Community of Practice (CoP) and overall AI initiatives. You will work closely with the IT Strategist and the AI Leaders, connecting strategy and execution across all AI & Generative AI projects. Your mission is to boost AI visibility, engagement, and understanding across Allianz by creating high‑quality AI content, supporting community activities, and helping bridge communication between technical teams and the wider organization. This is a hands‑on role – ideal for someone who loves exploring AI models, prompt engineering, and data workflows, and wants to apply that knowledge in a global enterprise environment.
