The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day airfreight operations, ensuring shipments are handled efficiently from start to finish while maintaining exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Duties:
Managing import and export airfreight shipments from origin to destination.
Ensuring all shipments comply with customer requirements and industry regulations.
Liaising with airlines, customers, overseas agents and service providers.
Monitoring operational performance and resolving escalations.
Assisting with staff development, training and workflow management.
Ensuring service levels and deadlines are consistently achieved.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in airfreight clearing and forwarding operations.
