Alex looking for a babysitter or nanny in Kitchener

We are a family based near Gage Avenue with two children: a 8 y.o. boy and a 1.5-year-old baby. Our son attends Sandhills Public School and needs to be dropped off at 8:30 AM (the school is about an 8-minute drive from our home).
Both parents work from home, but on Mondays and Tuesdays, one of us commutes to Toronto. On those days, we would really appreciate help with the morning school drop-off and some support with the baby at home, so that the other parent can focus on work meetings and team activities.
