**Essential Functions**- Monitor and analyze and report on manufacturing variances, including labor efficiency, COPQ, Warranty, Spending analysis, and other KPI's; communicate to appropriate managers.
- Process all expense reports through Concur with adherence to the SBU travel policy.Maintain and improve policy as needed.Act as Key User for Concur and maintain master records; develop informational reports/dashboards from Concur as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll personnel to ensure accurate reporting of staff according to cost center; and confirm ADP, SAP HR and Axiom are in alignment.Maintain temporary staff for each plant and develop monthly accr...
