Job Description
- Provide 24 x 7 IT Operational support to production support teams including weekends and holidays in different shifts.
- Incident Management and Reporting
- Recovery coordinator for involving the right parties and recording of chronological events
- Point of escalation for support staff or management
- Review all daily activities and ensure completion of shift duties for each team and proper handover
- Monitoring and recovery of batch jobs
- Perform health checks and alert management.

- Implement continuous improvements through automation tools, SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) principles.
