**Job description**
The Capital Solutions team is a core part of the Financing Solutions function within Debt Capital Markets (“DCM”) that specialises in structured debt instruments such as hybrid capital. The team plays an instrumental role in the origination (and execution) of hybrid capital transactions, including designing and structuring instruments to achieve various client objectives (e.g. regulatory capital, ratings and accounting).
The global Capital Solutions team comprises 8 people across Hong Kong, London and New York and we are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Analyst** to join the Hong Kong team.
