Role Responsibilities Support & Ticket Management (Yardi and Other Systems)
Serve as a primary contact for Yardi-related inquiries and issues, as well as general tickets for other ERP systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical or functional problems, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
Prioritize support tickets based on impact, urgency, and user volume.
Maintain detailed documentation of reported issues, resolutions, and any process changes.
System Administration & Maintenance
Conduct regular checks, data validations, and quality control measures to ensure efficient operations of Yardi and additional business applications.
Collaborate with IT and relevant stakeholders to plan and implement system upgrades, patches, or new modules with minimal disruption.
Configure system settings and optimize functionalities based on changing business requirements.
