Analyst - Portfolio Management

Job Title: Analyst Job Location: Bangalore Department: Portfolio Management Job Summary: The candidate will be part of the portfolio management team that is responsible for driving the performance of CapitaLand India Trust’s (CLINT) real estate portfolio across India. The role also involves working closely with senior team members to prepare business plans and periodic performance reviews. Pre-Requisites: Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in real estate, finance or consultancy (internship experience is applicable). Strong analytical ability with excellent foundation in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling is a must. Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
