Role Overview
We are hiring a Data Retention Analyst to support the Engagement & Retention team by delivering end-to-end retention analytics across the subscriber lifecycle. The analyst will analyze churn and renewal behavior, identify conversion levers and customer journey pain points, and translate findings into executive‑ready insights that guide retention strategy and marketing execution. This role will also measure campaign and A/B test impact, support planning and forecasting, and help modernize reporting by partnering with Data Engineering to automate dashboards and reduce manual reporting.
This is a Hybrid position located in either Waterloo or Toronto, Canada. You must be within a commutable distance of one of those locations. You will be required to be onsite for business reviews, quarterly meetings and other collaboration opportunities; when not working onsite, you will work remotely from your home location.
