Support team in sourcing new investment opportunities - conducting industry research, building thesis
Deal sourcing for multiple mandates
Conduct detailed financial analysis and bench-marking of performance vs. budget and peers
Perform various financial analysis and interpretation of financial data/models
Track and manage the deal pipeline
Providing portfolio management support
The Successful Applicant
Experience Required: Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in Real Estate Investing/Domestic IB/Mid Office IB.
