What is this role?
The Senior Business Program Analyst is responsible for leading digital tools design, development and execution of innovative and dynamic solutions that increase our Canadian Commercial Banking colleagues' engagement, develop capabilities, decrease time to proficiency, aid knowledge transfer, and drive behavioural outcomes.
