Anesthesiology Physician

St. Joseph Healthcare a proud member of Covenant Health is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Anesthesiologist to join our collegial, mission-driven team in Bangor, Maine . This full-time role is based at our modern, 80-bed acute care hospital, supporting 6 Operating Rooms and 4 Endoscopy Suites with a diverse and rewarding case mix.

• Balanced lifestyle: 1:6 call rotation
  
• 85 days off per year (41 days of PTO and 44 post call weekdays off)

• Case variety:
  • 40% Orthopedics
  • 30% General Surgery
  • 30% mix of Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, and Gynecology

• No Cardiothoracic, Trauma, or Obstetrics cases

• Collaborative model: 50/50 split between direct patient care and medical direction of highly skilled CRNAs ...
