AP & AR Analyst

DACK Trading LLC is a boutique physical commodity trading company founded in 2018. We trade agricultural commodities — grains, pulses, animal feed and nutrition, dairy, sugar, and nuts — across 60+ global markets using a back-to-back trading model.

We're looking for an AP/AR Analyst to manage our accounts payable and receivable functions end-to-end, playing a central role in our cash and working‑capital cycle.

Key Responsibilities — Accounts Receivable

• Record customer payments accurately and allocate them to the appropriate invoices or accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure pending invoices are completed and processed on time
• Notify internal teams of customer payments and maintain accurate payment records
• Reconcile customer payments, advances, and outstanding balances
