Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Developer to architect and deliver complex Appian solutions. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and hands‑on development across Appian platforms, working closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. You will lead the design, development, and testing of BPM applications, drive business systems integration, data migration, and information management initiatives, and oversee infrastructure design, security compliance, and risk assessments. Additionally, you will design and architect scalable Appian solutions, lead technical aspects of proposal development and client workshops, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing by building deep expertise in Appian. Proven experience with Appian is essential for this role.
