Job Description
Responsibilities
- Solve customers’ technical problems and complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists etc in troubleshooting problems.
- Run correlation studies and validations in coordination with the customer if/as required;
- Conduct Customer training.
- Visit clients regularly and feedback customers' information to sales team.
- Participate in regional and national conference calls by updating technical issues.
- Other task arranged by the company
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or other related subject, master degree would be more preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience worked in IVD Application area, like immunology, biochemistry or molecular, immunology will be preferred;
- Able to use English as working language;
- Good communication skills and hard working.
