Be the on‑site expert for business and enterprise applications, ensuring stable, reliable, and proactive application support across the site. You will keep critical engineering and manufacturing applications running, providing first‑line support and owning tickets through to resolution. This role places you at the heart of the operation supporting PLM, CAD, and SAP, as well as everyday applications, working directly with engineers and production teams, and taking full ownership of issues from first report to final fix.
Acting as the local interface between site teams and stakeholders, Enterprise Applications, and the wider IT organisation, you will support, a complex engineering and manufacturing environment.
