Job Description
Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Monitor application incidents, ensuring timely resolution or escalation of production issues;
- Provide technical support to internal users and teams to ensure application availability and stability;
- Perform log analysis, SQL queries, and basic troubleshooting in Linux and API environments;
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve application performance and system reliability.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Systems or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support, CRM systems, or similar environments;
