Application Support & Observability Engineer

Confiz is looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our team in Islamabad. You will be responsible for monitoring application performance, troubleshooting backend API issues, and documenting incidents to drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has a degree in computer science and at least 3 years of experience in application support. Proficiency in Azure cloud and monitoring tools like New Relic or Splunk is essential. We seek someone with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
