Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support for Oracle-based applications and systems across production and non-production environments.
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines.
  • Perform root cause analysis for application and database-related issues, and implement preventive measures.
  • Support Oracle database operations including data validation, query execution, batch job monitoring, and error handling.
  • Work closely with business users, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve technical and functional issues.
  • Manage application deployment activities, patching, upgrades, and configuration changes in accordance with change management procedures.
