The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, responsible for defining and implementing automation strategies, achieving automation goals, and onboarding AI tools to enhance testing efficiencies and productivity. This role requires a proven track record in SDET practices, covering various project types and technologies, with a strong preference for candidates possessing experience within the Capital Markets domain
