This role is responsible for coordinating resident access and appointment activity across the MDU program to support efficient progression from customer readiness through to installation delivery. The Appointment Scheduler acts as the central scheduling point for booking, confirming, rescheduling and tracking customer appointments, ensuring residents, installers and internal teams are aligned to approved dates and access arrangements.About the Role
