An exciting opportunity has recently become available for an Approved Mental Health Professional. They are looking for a new member to join the mental health services team within the Vale of Glamorgan Council.

What will your responsibilities be?
You will assist the council in discharging their duties under section 13 of the Mental Health Act and manage a caseload of adults receiving interventions and services under secondary mental health. You will provide an outcome-focused assessment service to adults in line with the Care Act 2014. Additionally, you will deliver a professional social work service, including statutory and legal social care responsibilities to members of the public and/or their carers who require an assessment of their needs.
