We are seeking an Advanced Quality Engineer (AQE) to join our XRP (eXcelerated Rotation Program) , a structured rotational program designed for recent graduates who are looking to accelerate their professional development within the automotive industry.
The XRP program provides participants with hands‑on experience across key business functions, allowing them to develop technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing and quality operations in a fast‑paced, global environment.
