AQP Engineer

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:•Drive APQP process for new products from concept to mass production. •Work with Product Design (PD) team to review design, identify risks (DFMEA/DRBFM), and ensure manufacturability. •Develop and maintain quality documents: Control Plan, PFMEA, Inspection Criteria, SPC Plan, and Q-Run plan. •Lead tooling and process qualification, including capability validation (Cp/Cpk). •Plan and execute reliability, validation, and cosmetic evaluations according to customer requirements. •Prepare and submit PPAP to customers; review and approve supplier PPAPs. •Lead supplier qualification and audits for new projects. •Manage customer complaints and drive 8D problem-solving for NPI-related issues. •Support pilot build, ramp-up, and handover to mass production (MP). •Work with cross-functional teams to improve process capability and product quality. REQUIREMENTS:•Bachelor degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Materials or related). •More than 3 years work...
