ARCHITECT II DEVELOPMENT & BUILDINGS SERVICE LINE ALL OFFICE LOCATIONS POSITION SUMMARY Spicer Group is seeking a highly talented Architect II to support the continued growth of our Development & Buildings Service Line by initiating and managing architectural projects from programming and conceptual design through construction completion. This role serves as an architectural project manager—developing client relationships, preparing proposals, establishing and managing budgets and project metrics, and leading design reviews and stakeholder coordination. The Architect II produces high-quality designs and construction documents (drawings, specifications, and reports), develops cost opinions and bid-ready contract documents, and collaborates with engineers, contractors, and other partners to meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
