Job Description
On-site - Mandaluyong 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time
Responsibilities
- Design illustrate, and execute for works/plans (small-scale project, 6-8 cubicle) and requirements as may be necessary within one's capacity.
- Execute drawing plans using AUTOCAD and other architectural software and make presentations.
- Perform ocular inspections; assist in cost estimates and quotations.
- Assist and Coordinate with the Construction, Business Development and other departments.
- Attend meetings with customer and suppliers.
- Assist in preparing bid documents and proposals.
- Assist in the daily operation of the Construction Department.
- Other duties that may be assigned.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
