Job Description
Responsibilities
- Follows specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
- Preparation of both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD system.
- Communicates with Architects and Engineers, and incorporates feedback into drawings.
- Preparation, reviews and redrafts alongside Engineering team.
- Ensures final designs are compliant with building regulations.
- Identifies and communicates potential design problems to the rest of the team.
- Recommends alternative designs and finishes to the focal service stations.
- Attends to the request of concerned departments regarding needed as-built drawings of the station and/or preparation of as-built drawings as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD)
