We are hiring an experienced professional for the role of Area Collection Manager – Mortgages to manage collections, delinquency control, and portfolio performance across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle collections for Mortgage/LAP portfolio
- Manage overdue and delinquent accounts
- Ensure resolution of customer queries and repayment follow-ups
- Coordinate with field teams and agencies for collections efficiency
- Monitor portfolio health and minimize NPAs
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines
