Total Hours: 39 hours per week (flexible)
Shift Pattern:
- Monday - Friday (flexible)
- Evening site visits required
Role Overview
The Area Manager will support the Client Services Manager in the effective delivery and development of a portfolio of high-profile contracts. This role has a strong focus on client liaison, staff management, monitoring service standards, auditing, and ensuring contractual KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved.
