Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and monitor the daily operations of all branches within the assigned area to Ensure consistent achievement of sales and productivity targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Team Leader, Sales Supervisor and their teams to deliver high performance and maintain service excellence.
- Analyze branch performance data and implement action plans to address operational issues, improve efficiency, and ensure fast turnaround time accounts processing.
- Maintain strong relationships with Loan Consultants.
- Handle escalated client issues or operational concerns that cannot be resolved at the branch level.
- Prepare and present area performance reports and recommendations to management.
- Facilitate coaching, development, and performance evaluation of branch personnel.
- Area and hubs expansion and opening.
- Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned.
