• Conduct various activities such as influencer meets, applicator trainings, sampling activities, product training to retailers, etc. as per the Annual plan approved by Head Technical to create awareness of BPD products. Drive similar technical activities through Cement Technical team for Channel Cement sales

• Identify, train and develop applicators for BPD applications, new products on a regular basis in the assigned sales area. Organize and conduct visits of applicators to ensure their loyalty
