• Lead by example with enthusiasm and energy with a people focussed approach to all matters and inspire your team on a day-to-day basis, to deliver the Salon Strategy and ensure all work is completed to a high standard (accurate, timely, thoughtfully and in line with our values).
• Develop and coach a highly motivated, successful team of Account Managers to drive and deliver results in line with agreed objectives and KPIs/Targets.
• Foster a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Role model and champion the 5Cs framework, be Collaborative, Creative, Courageous, Connected, Committed.
• Complete monthly accompaniments with Account Managers and evaluate performance using the 6 steps within myCoach. Develop the team to always put the customer first, setting an example of how to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences. Successfully deliver our 6 Steps and 4Cs.
