- Conduct outlet visits to ensure SOP compliance, staffing, and inventory readiness
- Implement sales plans and analyze performance vs. targets
- Support sales growth through product, pricing, and market insights
- Coach and guide outlet teams to meet sales and service standards
- Build strong relationships with franchisees, customers, and mall partners
- Resolve customer concerns and operational issues
- Submit timely sales and performance reports
- Coordinate with HR, Logistics, Marketing, and Supply Chain for outlet needs
- Participate in strategic and improvement initiatives
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- 2+ years in area sales/multi-branch operations, 1+ year in supervisory role
