Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to support acquisition and retention goals.
- Prospect for new clients and grow existing accounts to generate long-term sales growth.
- Conduct regular monitoring of promoters' adherence to standard uniform and the One Look policy.
- Perform daily attendance and punctuality checks of all promoters within the assigned area. Supervise and evaluate promoter performance; create and manage work schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
