Job Description
Sales & Performance Management
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance of assigned stores
- Implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Analyze store reports and recommend improvements to increase profitability
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise, train, and support Store Supervisors and front-line staff
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations and provide coaching
- Coordinate staffing needs and help resolve HR issues at store level
Store Operations
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and merchandising standards
- Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and loss prevention measures
- Ensure proper execution of promotions, pricing, and visual displays
Reporting & Administration
- Submit regular reports on sales, staffing, and operational issues
