EA Create is a highly-engaged content creation team within EA Worldwide Studios. We focus on high‑end visual production across multiple genres and art styles, collaborating with game team partners worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Engage with key franchise partners and manage the quality of content and partnership.
• Brainstorm and pitch creative direction, prove concepts, and execute on delivery.
• Coordinate daily with the art team and design team to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Communicate closely with external franchise leadership and art directors to maintain direction and track changes.
• Report to the Create Head of Creative.

Skills & Qualifications

• Solid experience in game art and development; have shipped multiple game titles as an art director.
