Overview
The Art Director is responsible for leading the creative vision, approach, organisation and process to ensure the delivery of superior marketing and brand communications solutions. These are to exceed our clients' expectations, meet their budget requirements, and fulfil our client’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing onsite creative team and developing the design strategy
- Co-supervise a cross-functional team of PPT and graphic designers and project managers in the strategic development and completion of deliverables on a day-to-day basis.
- Actively seek feedback from team heads, colleagues and key clients to quickly identify any training needs within the team, so that there is enough skill set, and challenges are addressed in a proactive manner.
