Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AS400 Application Support Engineer to provide support and maintenance for AS400-based applications. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands‑on experience in Smart400 and PolisyAsia/Polisy400, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide application support and troubleshoot production issues
- Support and maintain Smart400 and PolisyAsia/Polisy400 applications
- Perform BO development and enhancement activities
- Analyze incidents and provide timely resolutions
- Coordinate with business and technical teams for issue resolution
- Support onsite operational activities
- AS400 Application Support experience
