ASB Officer

Our client, a reputable Housing Association based in Coventry, is seeking an experienced ASB Officer to manage anti-social behaviour cases and help maintain safe, sustainable communities. Key Responsibilities of an ASB Officer: Manage a caseload of ASB, nuisance, harassment, hate crime, domestic abuse, and tenancy breach cases. Investigate complaints, gather evidence, conduct interviews, and complete risk assessments. Work with residents, police, local authorities, and other partner agencies to resolve cases. Issue warnings, tenancy enforcement notices, and take appropriate legal action where required. Prepare legal documentation, witness statements, and court papers. Attend court hearings, case conferences, and multi-agency meetings. Conduct home visits and estate inspections. Maintain accurate case records and ensure cases are managed within service standards.
