Job details Spherion Staffing Lakeland has partnered with a local manufacturing and distribution center in Bartow Florida who are looking to add skilled assemblers and warehouse operators to their growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble finished parts
- Accessory Packer
- Cart Handler
- Material Handler - sit-down and standup forklift ... - Some positions require you to lift up to 50lbs consistently
- Visually inspect finished product
- Count and Pack finished product into boxes for shipping
- Seal box with tape and stack on pallet
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and lift without accommodation
- Ability to stand on feet for extended amounts of time
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Some positions require 1 year of Forklift experience
