Job Description
Manufacturing Associate
What You’ll Do
- Assist in various stages of the production and assembly process
- Use hand and power tools while working from blueprints
- Prepare, organize, and stage materials for production
- Monitor production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operation
- Load, unload, and transport materials and finished products
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Clean and lubricate equipment as needed
- Lift and move materials safely, following all safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, or general labor
- Comfortable using hand tools
- Prior industrial or manufacturing experience required
