The Assembler sets up, builds, and tests electrical and mechanical assemblies by following detailed instructions, blueprints, and parts lists. This role involves preparing materials, wiring and assembling components, operating hand and power tools, and performing quality checks to ensure accurate and reliable finished products in a warehouse production environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare work by reviewing assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, and by gathering required parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
+ Position parts and subassemblies accurately by using templates and reading measurements.
+ Tighten and fasten prefabricated electrical or electronic parts and install components, units, subassemblies, raceways, wiring, and assembly casings using rivets, bolts, screws, clamps, and similar hardware.
