Job Description
The purpose of the Assembly Machine Setter position is to perform various assembly machine set-ups in the Assembly dept. on a variety of automated assembly machines. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate range of $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform various assembly machine set-ups, selecting tooling and grinding tooling and peens.Perform minor repairs as necessary and detect machine problems, reporting all unusual problems to the Line Coordinator or Supervisors.Assist machine operators on particular problems or machine adjustments as assigned by supervision or Line Coordinator.Alert Line Coordinator/Team Leads to any quality related issues.May be required to fill-in for Line Coordinator as needed.Wears personal protective equipment as required by job and follows all safety rules and regulations.Participate in new product development and ...
